ORDER INFORMATION

 

  • All orders must be placed online at this website. The Diner staff will have no record of orders placed outside this system.
  • The Diner staff processes meal orders at 6:00pm each day. If your order is placed after 6:00pm a meal will not be available for your child on the next day.
  • All pending orders not paid within 72 hours will be cancelled. You will be sent an invoice requesting payment for any outstanding amount.
  • If you are placing orders for multiple children you must login each child separately with their individual username and password.

 

 

MEAL CREDITS and REFUNDS

If you or your child are not satisfied with any meal purchased with a Prepayment, please contact us directly at (469) 272-7555 to resolve the issue. If a meal or product is credited, neither you nor your child will receive a cash refund. You agree that the amount of such credit of meals or products  will be able to be used towards future purchases from the Website. If you would like a refund of any Prepayment amount for meals or products, that has not been used by your child, you must contact Niva Patel directly at (469) 272-7555, and email her at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  Notification must be provided by 6:00pm the day before the meal was to take place.
